MyRemodelQuote is a site estimating platform operated by Equity Solutions Network LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when contractors and their teams use our service to generate remodeling estimates.
This policy applies to the MyRemodelQuote platform at myremodelquote.com and any related services. It does not apply to third-party services linked from our platform.
Contractor account information. When a contractor account is created, we collect the company name, contact name, email address, phone number, and business address. This information is used to brand estimates and identify the account.
Team member information. When a contractor invites team members, we collect and store their email addresses and assigned roles. Team members authenticate via email magic links — we do not store passwords.
Client information entered by contractors. Contractors enter client names, email addresses, phone numbers, and project addresses when creating quotes. This information is stored as part of the project record and used to generate estimate documents.
Project photos. Photos uploaded during the estimating process are stored temporarily in Cloudflare R2 object storage. Photos are used solely to analyze the room and generate scope-of-work estimates. They are not used for any other purpose.
Session data. We use HTTP-only cookies to maintain authenticated sessions. No tracking cookies or advertising cookies are used.
Usage data. We collect basic server logs including request timestamps and error information for operational purposes. We do not use third-party analytics on the authenticated platform.
Prospect information. If you submit your details through a free offering on our website (for example, requesting a walkthrough), we collect the contact information you provide — such as name, email, company, and role — along with the context of what you requested. We use this solely to follow up with you about MyRemodelQuote. We do not add you to any marketing list or sell or share this information.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Photos uploaded to MyRemodelQuote are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for room analysis and scope generation. Anthropic processes these images under their own privacy policy and data handling terms. Images are transmitted securely and are not retained by Anthropic beyond the processing of a single request. Contractors and their clients should be aware that project photos are processed by this third-party AI service.
We recommend that contractors obtain appropriate consent from homeowners before photographing their property for use with this platform.
The site assistant. The chat on our public pages is software, not a person. When you type a question into it, your message is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a reply, and Anthropic processes it under its own privacy policy and data handling terms. Please do not enter anything you would not want processed this way.
Project photos are automatically deleted from storage when a quote expires (after the validity period set by the contractor, default 30 days) or when a signed project is pushed to the contractor's project management system. Demo session photos are deleted within 24 hours or on server restart.
Project records (client name, address, estimate data) follow the same expiry schedule as photos. Signed and pushed projects retain metadata only — photos are deleted at the time of push.
Account and team data is retained for the life of the account. Contractors may request deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below.
Site assistant conversations are stored in full, both your messages and its replies, together with the page you were on, as the record of what the site told you. We do not store your IP address; we keep a one-way hash of it to limit abuse. The assistant asks for your name and email only if you ask for a person to contact you, and those details are stored with the conversation so we can reply. You may ask us to delete a conversation at any time using the address below.
All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Project photos are stored in Cloudflare R2 with private access controls — files are not publicly accessible and require signed URLs to retrieve. Database access is restricted to application infrastructure within the same hosting environment.
Authentication uses cryptographically secure single-use tokens delivered by email with 15-minute expiry. We do not store passwords.
MyRemodelQuote is a business-to-business service. Contractors are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authorization to collect and process information about their clients and project sites. Contractors are also responsible for informing their clients that their contact information and project photos will be processed through this platform.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
Contractors may delete their account and all associated data at any time by contacting us directly.
We set two cookies of our own. Both are HTTP-only and contain only a random identifier, never personal information:
Neither is used for tracking or advertising. Our public pages also load Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies to measure site traffic.
MyRemodelQuote is a professional business tool not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify active account holders by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
