MyRemodelQuote is a professional estimating tool for remodeling contractors. It uses AI-assisted photo analysis to generate scoped estimates organized into Good, Better, and Best pricing tiers based on the contractor's own rate card. It is not a licensed estimating service, a financial advisory tool, or a substitute for professional judgment.
MyRemodelQuote is a business-to-business platform intended for licensed contractors and their authorized team members. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business to these terms.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your account credentials secure and notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
All estimates generated by MyRemodelQuote are preliminary and for discussion purposes only. They are based on AI analysis of photos and are subject to the accuracy of the contractor's rate card and the completeness of the photos provided. Actual project costs may vary materially from generated estimates due to site conditions, material price changes, code requirements, unforeseen scope, and other factors.
MyRemodelQuote does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any estimate generated through the platform. Contractors are solely responsible for verifying estimates, obtaining proper measurements, and communicating appropriate disclaimers to their clients before relying on any estimate.

Access to MyRemodelQuote requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged on a monthly basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform, including project photos and client information. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the service.
We do not claim ownership of your rate card, callout list, client data, or any estimates generated. You are free to export, download, or otherwise use this information at any time.
Project data and photos are automatically deleted according to the retention schedule described in our Privacy Policy.
The MyRemodelQuote platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Equity Solutions Network LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the service as described.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ESTIMATES WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EQUITY SOLUTIONS NETWORK LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSSES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED ESTIMATES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Equity Solutions Network LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your presentation of estimates to clients.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our standard retention schedule.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify active account holders by email and update the effective date above. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
